Love the property we rent. The house is beautifully updated inside and has a well stocked garage full of beach supplies, bicycles, etc. Just reserved it for June 2024, the 10th time!

Great location. Property was clean and well equipped. I never expect to have sharp knives at a rental but low and behold every single knife was sharp!! Appreciated the toys, boards and bikes that were available.

This was the 5th time we have rented the same property on Asbury Ave (6th time this coming Sept!) and we love everything about it. Beautiful inside and out, reasonable rent, great location, well stocked garage with bicycles and beach paraphernalia. Our agent, Cindy Henes is great too, especially during the pandemic, keeping us updated as to whether or not we would be able to use the property and what the latest pandemic rules were last summer. Our experience has been wonderful.

Ah, summer of 2020! Covid 19. Ms. Henes kept us updated and well informed of what was happening in O. C. As to openings, social distancing, masks, etc so that we felt comfortable in coming to the beach both in early June and later in September. We had a great time both weeks.

The rental property is very nicely furnished and well maintained. The 3 bicycles in garage for our use were used everyday! Fantastic location, we plan to return to this property every year!
