Description
Welcome to 3548 Central Avenue in Americas Family resort of Ocean City, New Jersey. Here you will find a quaint older house with traditional Summer home charm such as plenty of wood trim and breezy rooms. Located half a block away from the ocean, it is an easy hop across the street for plenty of Summer fun. No need to drive to enjoy the beach!
Another option is to lounge on the large side yard while grilling your favorite foods and taking in the beautiful gardens that surround the house. With three comfortable bedrooms, plus additional sleeping arrangements with a pull out couch, there is plenty of space to enjoy. One can also enjoy the comfort of the breezy sun porch for an afternoon nap.
The house boasts a full kitchen and dining room area, window unit air conditioning throughout the house as well as recently updated new windows and blinds. One and a half bathrooms round out the interior space of the house. The living room has a large screen TV with a sizeable and new bay window for lots of natural light.
Outside is one of the best features of the property. The sizeable yard lends itself to plenty of activities or just relaxing in the sun. The lush gardens that surround the house often attract butterflies and hummingbirds. An enclosed outside shower is often helpful when returning from the beach.
