Refrigerator broke and we lost some food, had to buy ice bags to keep food in coolers cold.Berger allowed us to keep some food in their refrigerator which helped. Roof leaked in hallway during torrential downpour. Landlord contacted but no reimbursement to compensate for expense. Linda helped some with covering expenses. Thanks - she is a good representative for Berger.

We've been renting from 1670 Boardwalk for the past 5-6 years or so. Love the location and the condo. No matter what Unit we rent, they are clean and awesome!

We were very unhappy with the overall cleanliness of our unit and questioned whether or not a cleaning service cleaned the unit before our arrival and it was infested with flies. There wasn't an adequate vacuum cleaner or broom available for our use. The door knob to the bathroom was broken as well as the paper towel wrack in the kitchen.

Always a great experience with Berger. Lee does a great job. Always accurate descriptions of properties and great inventory. We absolutely loved checking in on site rather than having to go to the main office.
