The condo we rented had a light out in the main room. The owner didn’t promptly reply to our agent, so we didn’t have light in that room for 2 days. Turns out the bulb was a custom order, but our agent, George Cash, tracked down a bulb and personally came and installed it. He went above and beyond to ensure we had light. We can’t thank him enough and truly appreciate the extra effort.

Loved the unit, but we could never get on the wifi. Xfinity was an issue. Other than than that everything was perfect except the weather.

Was not happy with owner. I tried to cancel or postpone because of coronavirus. She would not work with me. Won’t rent that unit again.

Beds were really uncomfortable and dresser drawers were falling apart. Vertical blinds in the 2nd bedroom were broken. Aside from blocking the light, it is a first floor window so working shades for privacy/security are a must. Horizontal blinds make more sense and look better.

Everything was excellent, however I'd note to the owner at 1670 Bwlk. #15 that appliances are dated and starting to fail.

The drawer I the fridge did not keep anything cold I wish the unit had a full size one. I wish there were some instructions for the garbage disposals and that the process for picking up our beach badges was clear. We had to wait until Sunday to get them and then the office opened 10 minutes late.

The only thing that I found to be subpar is that the unit needed to be cleaned better once we walked through the door. We also wished the pool was opened longer into the evening. Otherwise a fantastic vacation spot.
