Unit #10 was in perfect condition. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture.
The pool area was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful.

This was our very first year in Ocean City, NJ as a family. We usually go to Wildwood every year however our friends suggested going to Ocean City this year to try something different. The property was nice, quiet, and right on the boardwalk. There was no complaints regarding the property except the pool should have been opened longer than 6:00 PM.

It was frustrating that we did not have wifi (no email) or even mobile data (no phone calls) in Ocean 17, unit #10. Otherwise it was delightful.

We had a wonderful time, we just wish the pool was open past 6pm. That is extremely early! My family would of used the pool at least until sun down everyday!!

We really like this condo, 1670 Boardwalk unit 10. It’s just the right size away from the crowds.
There were 2 reasons we did do not rate the property more highly was the fact that the bed was totally uncomfortable. Both me and my wife woke up every day with back and hip pain. The springs just put pressure on our hips. The other item is that the upholstery looked dingy, maybe a rough season of usage.

We stayed at 1670 Boardwalk unit #10. There is no mirror in one of the bedrooms. It makes it difficult to apply makeup, do hair, etc. Other than that, we have no complaints at all about the rental.

This was our 4th year at Ocean 17 with Trish & we renewed for 2017 as we think it is the best. We found a few problems on arrival this year & Trish was there quickly to make note of them. She is an asset to Berger Realty!

The only problem was that the prior rental left the dishwasher full of really dirty dishes and the cleaning crew missed it so I ended up cleaning them.
