The teenagers were very loud outside our room every night except thr one night it poured raining. They also snuck into the pool around midnight one night, also making lots of noise. My ten year old could not sleep until around 1 am. Other than that one very big deal, everything was truly very good.

The only issue we had at this property was with the shower for cleaning up when returning from the beach. There is a sign posted that asks all renters to shower off before entering the property, but the door would not open every time. I know that I was using three correct code, but the door sod not function properly several times. Someone tied a rope to hook the door open, which worked well for Ocean 17 guests, but then lines began to form as others who were not guests at Ocean 17 also began using the shower facility. I suggest replacing the shower lock with a new, more reliable one.

Only feedback is unit wasn't as clean as I would have expected. In corners and behind furniture was really dirty with a lot of built up dust/debris.

The location was perfect. Pool perfect. Cleanliness of the unit itself left a lot to be desired. The bathroom shower curtain was so moldy we needed to replace it. Dryer was FULL of sand and lint trap caked with sand as well. Floors, while hardwood, were very sandy upon arrival. Pull out sofa and cushions full of sand. Not sure if a service comes in to clean, but I think I left it cleaner than when I arrived.
