The only issue I have with the rental is that every year we are never given the current door code. Which means we have to wait until someone comes out, the onsite property manager appears or the agent calls the owner. Perhaps door codes can be given out via email prior to arrival? It's pretty annoying to finally get to your destination and not being able to get in. Also this year, 5th floor of the building did not have wifi. I found that out from the building manager. I contacted my agent about it but never heard back. I am not sure if anything could have been done or whose responsibility it is to let renters know and after all I understand it's "just nice" to have free wifi, but an explanation from the agent would have been appreciated. Other than that we love Santa Barbara South and will continue to rent through Berger.
