This property is excellent for location. We loved having the sea breeze and hearing the ocean right outside our door. Parking is piggy back style so we tried to park on the street so our neighbor would not be blocked in. The only inconvenience was not having a large stock pot for our crab dinner (caught by our son). We are ready to return next year!

Loved our little 2 bedroom oceanview condo at 31st Street! The updating that the owner did was an unexpected surprise since we last rented there!

Perfect for our 35th anniversary!
I love the beach. It's my happy place. I chose 3108 Wesley 2nd South for a week away to celebrate my 35th anniversary with my husband because it was right on the beach. It had been entirely made over and was clean, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of storage and hooks in all the right places with lots of thoughtful touches made this one of the best rental properties I've ever stayed in. The location right on the beach was the best, with ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and comfy deck chairs. I'd happily rent this location again!

The owners are obviously making impovements all of the time. Great Kichen and bath. Bedrooms and living room are what you would expect from any rental property. The only thing I would add to the place would be instructions on how to use the tv and air conditioner. Took us a couple days to get both working and I'm not sure we ever had them working correctly.
One other thing, the larch on the slider needs to be repair. Have a board in the tracks secures it, but once secured you can't open it from outside.

Kudos to the improvements in the property. We liked all the improvements but especially liked the new high Adirondack chairs on the deck which allow us to see the ocean over the railing.
