Description

This property has a wonderful open bay view. It is really two separate apartments renting as one house. Beautiful dock and swimming in the bay at high tides. Nicely renovated and pet friendly. Three Air Conditioning units keep it cool and breezy through both apartments. First floor has a full kitchen, living room with pullout queen sleeper and large TV and one bunk bedroom with 2 bunk beds that are comfortable for 4 children or adults. The bathroom is tiled and has a full large shower and glass doors. Open the wall of windows and you are on the dock on the open bay. The second floor has a full kitchen, open to the living room with a queen pullout sofa bed and large TV. The bedroom is small with a double bed and dressers and a small TV. The tiled bathroom and shower is in between the bedroom and living room. There is no bathtub in the house. Open the windows and you have a lovely upper deck with the amazing view of the open bay. This property is actually 2 one bedroom apartments renting as one!

There were a few things that needed attention as time damages things. Railing to dock needed to be tightened. Back bedroom on main floor has no air flow, no AC and no ceiling fan. Too warm to sleep.

My wife and I stayed at 145 west 17th Street which is on the bay. We loved the house and especially what it had to offer such as the beautiful view, bay access, kayaks and the neighbors were friendly. Being a pet friendly rental was a plus and a requirement for a little yorkie. It was the first time on the bay and want to rent this house next year. Lastly, we made many memories as our daughter who was 7 months at the time of the rental was her first time at the shore! Thank you!

Beautiful second floor unit that overlooks the lagoon. Unit comes with a boat slip. We have a beautiful large deck on the bay for your use with deck furniture. The unit has three bedrooms and two baths. It sleeps 8 with the pull out sofa in the living room. There is a large living room and dining room overlooking the bay with an outside deck off the dining room. New vinyl flooring has been added throughout the unit. The unit includes cable and wireless internet with 3 televisions. Kitchen is fully equipped. We have floats and kayaks for your use. Enjoy swimming, crabbing and fishing with your whole family. Nothing is better than spending the evenings on the bay barbecuing, cocktails or just relaxing and watching sunsets.
