This bright and sunny first floor home has been totally updated. Upgrades include new bathrooms, carpets and flooring, furniture, kitchen with quartz countertops, appliances, and deck.  It is a short walk to the guarded 30th Street beach and it is within walking distance of Kessels Korner, Dots Pastry Shop, two playgrounds and other eateries.  There is Jitney service to the boardwalk and downtown shopping on West Avenue.
