1539 Central. 4-5th year. Carpet, especially stairway between living levels is getting increasingly dirty looking; may affect interest in the future. Steam clean/replace? Furniture generally beginning to look a tad worn from a renter's perspective. The intent is constructive criticism; overall really like the property.
