Wonderful property! The only issues were hallway shower curtain could use a replacement, front door deadbolt was maligned making it difficult to lock and finally first set of stairs should have a railing.

Property gave a very good first impression but we found it a little dirty after being there for a little while. Bushes overgrown in front over the walk to steps. However we were happy with our stay and didn't have any real complaints.

We can only compare to last year. Although this house was larger which we liked, the living room was in need of new furnishings. It could have been cleaner. The bedroom headboards were not attached which makes you feel as though the owners don't care about the detail. We liked the space but aren't sure we would rent this particular unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental property. It met our needs and was close enough to the beach and boardwalk that it made it easy for us to get there. Will try to rent the same place next year once we know family summer schedules. Only suggestion is make 1-2 more folding chairs available so a larger family can all sit at the dinning room table together.

1523 Central is a great, well appointed property, including cleaning supplies, and perfect for us! After 20 yrs renting, we might just add a few items, over door hooks on bdrm and bath doors, and maybe a drying rack. We loved it. Thanks to the owners for sharing their wonderful home!

buckets were a great idea. rental unit was great. nice décor, clean, loved the porch, good location. master mattress was too soft; no where to hang sandy/wet beach stuff outside--otherwise it met my high expectations.
