Beautiful well maintained property. Every convenience was included and the interior was spotless. We loved the location and amenities, hoping to come back again.

Such a wonderful experience. Booked on short notice with Joan. She was excellent. The one thing would be great if Berger agents helped with discounted house if other reservations were cancelled last minute. Sort of a “Hotwire” for weekly rentals.

I thought it was a very nice personal touch when I said my last name for the rental to pick up my keys and Matt immediately called me by my first name. The house is awesome but it’s flooded pretty bad there a couple times while we were there. Luckily there was parking spots but if we had had any extra people with us and had parked on the street there’s a credit been big trouble. Thank you

We love our rental 203 14th b second floor, great owners. This was our third stay there and fourth overall. We will plan to be back as soon as we can. Thank you Marianne. Key pick up could be better at office on Bay Ave.
