We love this house and have come every year for many years (Sadly missed last year due to Covid but booked another house with you). One other thing I would like to mention is the unsightly piles of dead leaves under our stairs. We love 3303 Simpson Avenue and always enjoy our time in ocean city.

We love 3303 Simpson ave but it is becoming run down and needs a bit of a touch up. (Broken screens, doors off hinges, outdoor lighting didn't work (2 years), deck railing dangerously loose, love seat sofa collapsed, living area lighting dim).

It was somewhat different with the pandemic,but it was great to be there anyway. PS Please thank Lauren for getting us a plumber so quickly.We didn't have to lose a day.

i think it is important that everyone (owners and renters) be aware of how many parking spaces we each get and that a walkway is NOT a parking spot, giving one person 2 spots and the other person only one. lastly, the toilets desperately need updating. i don't understand the problem with replacing at least one of them but that is my only complaint. i love everything about 3303 simpson ave. and so does my family and most of all, my dog.
