The rental house was very nice and clean. Close to the beach and boardwalk. They also provided beach tags which was nice. Very noisy construction all day every day at property next to ours.

The owners Christmas decorations were still up in the home. Christmas tree ect…
Many lightbulbs were out in the home. The home next door is being totally renovated-the house is upon stilts- the workers were there from 8am to 6 pm every day. The noise level was a bit much, jackhammering, drilling , backhoes ect.. If we would have known about the total renovation we would have rented another property.
