Property location is very good. A few blocks off the boardwalk but close to downtown venues, too. Stairs are not a favorite, but the property is well maintained and a great place to stay. You do need to use stairs to access bedroom floor and then another flight to access kitchen and living room. Not a good choice for those with mobiltiy issues. But for us it was fine.

Marianne was great as always! The property was perfect for our large family. Was disappointed there were no beach tags as expected but we had a great time!!!

We have been staying in the same house for the past 3 years because it is a perfect location. We are okay with the overall condition of the house, but there are some things that have been broken for the 3 years that we have been there that really need to be fixed (top bunk is broken in one of the rooms)
Also the sliding door was broken and we literally needed 4 people to open it.
