Decent location, nice neighborhood and layout of condo. Bathrooms renovated. Couch in living room and king bed in desperate need of replacement. Enjoyed our stay but needs new furniture.

The carpeting.was dirty. There was a tear in the couch. Otherwise, everything else was neat and clean.
I would not rent this property again due to the number of stairs. However, I do like the condo complex and pool. It is quiet.

Nice condo. Bathroom Reno was excellent. Carpet in need of cleaning. Hard to keep up with rentals. Pool was great.

We weren't expecting much for the price. But this unit was very old and tired. New bathrooms which were great and a good bed but that's about all. Old appliances. Stove took forever to heat up. Carpet was old and stretched out. A tear in the couch. Needed a coat of paint big time. Probably would not rent again even at the low rental price. But we liked the community and pool. A grill should not be advertised because renters are not allowed to use according to the pool guard.

The property rented was fine tho in need of updating. Main suggestion to owners: pls upgrade the mattresses at the very least. TY.
