The inside of the property was beautiful and well maintained. That is why I was shocked at the cleanliness of the decks, deck furniture and the siding which looked liked it had not been cleaned in a while. I know the shore can be hard on exteriors but I've rented many times in OC and never saw an exterior this dirty.

Even tho I did get in an hr early, the bathrooms were not cleaned. I should have taken pics but instead cleaned myself. The cleaning crew were no where to b found The home was absolutely beautiful n fitted my family perfectly.

My sister lives on Asbury now and I worked many summers there back in the 60's..Love everything about it but the prices! We had such a wonderful time together and hope to come again next year but with 4 more family members. Keep your eyes open for a six bedroom..Loved this excellent location too. You were great to work with!!
