Carpet needs to be replaced in living room and bedrooms; two bathrooms were up-to-date except the shower curtains were MOLDY. The master bath needs to be REDONE, dreary and curtain shower moldy. The stair bannister was sticky from a poor paint job. Otherwise, the location is perfect.

Great location and space. In good shape for off-season. I'd rent again at the same price. If I had a complaint, it would be the beds (specifically the master). My wife and I ended up sleeping on the couches because the mattress to too squeaky to sleep on. Also, this is a loud property being first floor and at a corner. It didn't bother us, but it might bother others.

We love this property and have been staying at 1200 Ocean Ave for the past 13 years, however we are exteremly disappointed to find out that the owners are not making our weeks available next year. we are in the process of looking for a new place
