The property was dated and could use repairs. Cleanliness was subpar. However it wa roomy, ocean front, reasonably priced and available for winter rental. For these reasons we would rent again.

We love the older character of our boardwalk rental (2nd time we rented the unit) Now that our toddler grandson is with us, we hope more safety improvement would be made. 2nd floor deck need serious maintenance and many of the old electric plugs need replacing. One final thing is for a house that sleeps 8, it could use more than a 1 or 2 quart pot in the kitchen for family meals. Minor concerns for a great house in a great location!

Nice condo with great view of ocean, but would not rent again unless assured that infestation of flies had been completely removed and recurrence prevented.
