The rental house and it's location were excellent. However, whoever was staying above us was extremely noisy, very late into several evenings. It sounded like furniture was being moved around.

On the beach block between 15th St. and Chelsea Place, just steps to the boardwalk and life-guarded swim and/or surfing beaches. Large awning on front porch provides shade, or large uncovered deck off the huge master bedroom provides partial view of the boardwalk and beach. Bright and nicely outfitted unit with central air, 2 off street parking spaces and an enclosed outdoor shower.
