Check in was excellent even though crowded. Liked the no key idea. Except thought code was different every week. Someone thought our apt was the dumpster that was a little strange. They tried to get in. Also person who said he was the owner parked in our spot and we had to go hunting through the apts. To have him move. Late at night.

Owner could stand to put in a DVD player in unit. No biggie. Has VHS. Washing machine broke while there (right away) and both Berger and homeowner did best to resolve issue. Thank you.

Wifi only worked for a few minutes. AC filters had dirt from last year. Bathroom walls were filthy. Moldy bathroom antislip mat. And a serious ant problem and spiders.
