Rental property was well cared for. Nice amenities like bicycles. Would be nice to provide basics such as dishwasher detergent, TP and trash bags. Otherwise nice place and we would rent here again.

Very nice and welcoming rental. Met our needs for a week. Clean but not immaculate. Suggest the landing out of front door get repaired as the support boards under the landing were not attached.

Rental was nice but it’s clear nobody lives there( commercially owned rental property) there was no clothes line outside, no where to hang wet suits (lack of hooks in bathroom). No table on front porch, only chairs. No hot-pads or dish towels in kitchen. Towel bar in master bath could barely hold one towel. Pots and pans were very bad. The Teflon was coming off them. For the money I expect the property to be able to provide the basic needs.

We loved the house we rented. There were only a few small things I would change. We were on the 2nd floor and it seemed like the air conditioning could have worked a little better. It seemed to shut off at times. Also, it could have been a little better cleaned - didn't seem like the kitchen area was mopped. But really overall, we loved the location and we loved the layout and space. It is a nice rental.... Thank you.

Maryann stepped up to the plate immediately when the keys didn't fit the door! She immediately took over when Sharon was busy with another client, and went to your other office, found a working key and made copies. We did appreciate having 3 sets for my daughters and me.
