It also has an outdoor storage closet with beach chairs for your use. Off street parking for 2 to 3 cars. Porches on both the front and back of the house to relax and enjoy the calming ocean air. Located near the 58th street beach (with bathrooms). Walk along the beach to Corson's Inlet State Park or to the 55th street restaurants.

A/c did not work on first weekend, service was acquired and it work for about a week. The last few days temp on thermostat never went below 77. Hope it is functioning properly next year. Due to a medical condition, a/c is a priority!
