The location is wonderful. A short two block walk to the boardwalk/beach. The shops on Asbury as well as many eateries are within walking distance. The unit has everything you could need for a short vacation. My only complaint is the fridge is so small it made it difficult to store everything we needed to store.

The room met expectations and Graham was great at addressing my questions. I was dissappointed by the times of the pool (1 PM-5 PM) That is the time I was at the beach so it was of no use to me. The property was small but I knew that going into it. The actual checking out was fine but the traffic to get to the location was horrible because everyone is checking out at that time. It would be nice to have a drop off location closer to town.
