uninspiring inside, great outside
If owner would just spend a bit more money, 2523 Wesley would be fantastic. Instead it was lacking, like the owner is happy to take the money but not impress the renter. No umbrella for the porch--so needed when it is sunny and over 80. No hose to wash sand off--like the owner doesn't care if sand is tracked in the house. No instructions on house, no wifi password posted, no instructions on TV. Kitchen was stocked OK but not one sharp knife. Kitchen area not that clean when we arrived. No instructions on trash/recycling pick up. Outside of house was terrific. Wonderful views. great, relatively quiet beach. Good beach chairs. Beach tags wouldve been a nice touch, but too much $$$?

There were a number of suggested repairs that we mentioned to Michael, like replacing the front door lock that is failing, replacing light bulbs everywhere, etc. We hope these changes are made before we return in 2023.

Broiler did not work, no broom, kitchen utensils subpar. Everything else amazing!!!
