Trish was great as she was last year. She always returned phone calls and responded to concerns. It rained a lot and the house was very damp even if you put the heat on. Furniture felt damp almost the whole week, but the view was the reason I rented this house. Outdoor steps, put front, were not up to code, not all the same especially at the bottom. Hope this helps.

We had a great vacation in OC! The house was clean and comfortable and we absolutely loved the location! The street was quiet and the view over the wetlands at sunset was amazing. Chris was always in touch and responsive to all questions. Overall an A+ rating. Thanks so much.
