2136 Asbury Ave (1st floor) was a beautiful property. It was well stocked on all the essentials. Tv remote batteries died and I was going to buy batteries but after checking the closet I found just the batteries needed. It was almost like being home. I would highly recommend this property and BERGER Realty.

Have rented in O.C. through Berger for many years. This year's rental at 2136 Asbury was one of the best properties we have rented. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with attention to detail, comfortable and immaculate Kitchen was over and above stocked with everything needed and more. In that regard, no other rental has even come close. Beach tags were a great incentive to rent. Not 1 complaint.

Two blocks to our beautiful 22nd street beach!  Uncle Bill's Pancake House, Aunt Betty's Ice Cream, Blitz's Deli & Nauti Donuts all the same block across the street!  Golf course up the street.

10 boardwalk blocks to the action on the boards.  Jitney Service takes you home!  Comfy & quiet!

Driftwood cottage is the place you want to be!
