Master bed mattress sinks in the middle like a hammock. Dining chairs worn out-sink in the middle. Need hose at the bottom where outside shower is. Washer and dryer need to be checked.

We have been renting the same house for several years now. The appliances and chairs were pretty beat, and it gets worse each year. This year there were a TON of bugs in the house....which I understand ...
Other than stuff being very lived in.... the property is in a great location and the vacation was a massive success!

Second time in this well cared for beautiful rental with attractive furnishings and well supplied kitchen. Enjoyed the view and quiet of the neighborhood. Improvement would be use of the elevator.

Great Views and location!
There are great views from the kitchen/family room and on the porch. Be aware, the beds are uncomfortable, even the kids complained. Other than that, we had a great week.

Beds are definitely in need of new mattresses.
The twin beds and the master bed make a ton of noise every time you roll over. Sleep gets challenging!

The new owners that took over the property are not keeping up with cleanliness and maintenance of property. It is likley I will not stay in this property again. It is a shame because we love the house and location.

The house was beautiful. However - it was pretty dirty when we arrived and did not look like anyone cleaned it. It was a great property and a great vacation, though!!

The home was nicely decorated and kitchen was fully equipped. We also appreciated the wine and cocktail glasses. However, it was a bit dirty. Sand and dust in corners of the floors. Mold in grout in the bathrooms. Suggest hiring a better cleaning service.

Brent went above and beyond the call of duty. My father is 86 yrs old and can only vacation with limitations. Brent made sure all criteria were met, and even went beyond to ensure a memorable, comfortable experience. Our family had a great vacation in the perfect atmosphere. Thanks to Brent, we will continue to rent with Berger Realty!

The main TV cable box was broken. Comcast didn't show as promised a couple times. Our agent Brent actually waited for Comcast one time so we didn't miss our dinner reservations. Comcast said it would be two two more days before they could fix box, Brent picked up broken box and replaced with new box so we wouldn't be inconvienenced. Terrific service!
