We liked dealing with Bruce. He was kind enough to show me the rental when I was in OC last fall, and he was able to secure a check-in time a little before the scheduled time. We liked our rental, especially the location being close to the beach. We were pleased with the condition of the rental. It was clean, and had most everything we needed. Thank you. We look forward to returning in 2017.
