Tenant downstairs is a yearly rental and had 2 dogs that barked constantly. She accused my son and his friend of stealing her bike out of the garage which was not true. Will never rent this unit again or any unit which has a yearly tenant because they are always critical of the weekly renters.

Minor rental property comments: need trash cans in bathrooms and bedrooms. And a recycling can in kitchen. Very limited cookware in kitchen. Some properties that we have rented provide beach tags but this one did not. Also, we mistakenly assumed from the pictures online that we would have garage access, but we did not. The rental did only list one parking spot, but we missed that. Overall, property was beautiful and in great location. And they let us bring dogs which we are so very grateful for that opportunity. Would definitely recommend to others and/or rent again in the future.
