The entire house was sandy: the floor, the sofa, and all of the beds. We brought our own sheets, but the mattresses were still sandy. The air conditioner took four days to cool down the house. I just cannot believe that the house was cleaned at all between renters.

The place we rented wasn’t very clean. We had to wipe down the baseboards. U set the beds was filthy, the coaches had sand and dirt on them. There were no glasses! The whole place seemed beat up. We would have rejected it had we seen it in person, but we are 600 plus miles away and don’t have the luxury of a trip to the shore in the winter or spring to see for ourselves.

Numerous non functional issues. Lights in the MB didnt work. Shower head leaked. Second shower was too small. Beds were in poor condition. Area and location was nice though. Matt was a great agent. Good communicator and was readily available.

Matt did a wonderful job in helping us to locate a clean and comfortable pet friendly rental. Our first time renting in OC and using Berger Realty. We will be back!
