Located on Central Avenue between 12th Street and 13th Street two blocks from the Beach. Close to boardwalk amusements, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown shopping is also close by. There is a municipal golf course in the area along with the Ocean City airport. Access in and out of Ocean City is by the 9th Street causeway.

Outdoor shower lacked privacy and a dry place to put clothing. House itself was very nice and well equipped. (1213 Central)

Lower floor smelled musty, The Venetian blinds were incorrectly installed allowing sunrise light to waken us. Owner should get money back from contractor blinds were measured incorrectly therefore installed incorrectly.
