This year’s rental was satisfactory. The upstairs owners were ignorant and banged and vacuumed before 7 am every day. They flushed the toilets 10 times in a row and literally ran back and forth the length of the house at night. They parked sideways In the rear to block the first floor side
and left bicycles blocking the entrance to the unit. They clearly want to discourage rerenting and falsely inflate the water bill.

This was our second year renting this property. I appreciate the owners allowing us to bring our small dog. It made the trip so much more enjoyable knowing he was happy. I am not sure what type of vacation we will take next year. I will keep this property in mind if we return to Ocean City.

There were a couple of minor issues with the rental that we shared with Rita.
What we did not share was the sewer like aromas in the laundry closet or our disappointment that more beach gear like umbrella, chairs, etc. were not available. For the rental price, there shouls be more. We'd also recommend removing some of the decor during rental seadon like the shelf in the entry way and tabletop decorations. Not kid friendly. And the next time they update, blackout shades in the bedrooms. Sunlight woke kids up too early.
