It was VERY dusty, not at the standards I have seen renting for the past 10 years at the southern Jersey shore. Also furniture in family room needs to be replaced!!! Great location and views.

Overall everything was good, Other than a few things that needed attention to such as the smoke detectors that were out. Blinds were broken
