The house is beautiful at a great location and therefore very expensive. The air conditioner was not working properly when we arrived, our agent was very helpful making the house comfortable. A set of floor to ceiling blinds were broken and had been since mid July according to the note. The refrigerator door does not close properly and the duct tape is a sure sign it has been broken for awhile. The elevator was iffy and not always working.

The elevator was problematic throughout the 2 weeks. This property should not be advertised with elevator due to the challenges, it is not something that can be relied on. My Dad was often stuck for up to 6 hours and we had to respite issues. No key was given. Only flaw of time there.

The location was great and the unit was very nice. I was there for 4 weeks. I think the furniture is somewhat shabby and a few of the appliances need an upgrade. We had some real problems with the TV and elevator which were solved after 3 to 5 days. I feel it was overpriced.
