Our place was great/just redecorated-beautiful! Kitchen was well supplied and they had many thoughtful touches like night lights etc. showedconsideration and thoughtfulness forthe tenant!

Property needs attention ~ for several seasons, hall bathroom tub backs up, water is up to ankles by shower's end. Water control is touchy, tricky to get to desired temperature by which time water is over your foot. Sink drain also backs up and the faucet control is very stiff to use. ~~~ Screen missing from one bedroom and one of the middle dining area window's sash is broken, cannot be opened. ~~~ Dining chairs need to be reglued. ~~ OTHERWISE, perfect location and beautiful sunny unit.

~ The sliding screen door to the porch was difficult to move; wheels on bottom were rusted, did not roll. A handyman was dispatched; new rollers were located and installed in a timely manner and worked smoothly from thereon. ~~ The sash on one of the front windows has been broken for a couple years. ~~ Other than these couple items, we have been re-renting this property for a few years and plan to continue to do so.

Communication with Trish from the beginning to the end of the rental process was excellent. Check in and out was the more efficient than I have ever experienced. Our rental had everything possible with one exception, the beds were very uncomfortable and the mattresses should be replaced.

Cindy was a great agent. I would recommend her personally as she made sure we had all we needed before we even left for the shore! The house was perfect in every way. Finally, had a property where the owners truly met our every need in terms of the kitchen, bedrooms and conveniences. I have worked with Dori for many years now and have recommended her to friends renting in Ocean City. She knows me well and works hard to find properties that meet our exacting expectations. She also contacts the property owners to ask them if they can accommodate requests and off-season rental for us. We have a wonderful time in OC this Thanksgiving.
