The location was perfect, close to the beach and boardwalk. Great bakery and other shops close by.
We enjoyed the front porch most of all. The rest of the home was well laid out and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked.
There were some light bulbs that were burned out in the kitchen and one bedroom. We replaced one but there were not enough bulbs in the closet.

We did not use the drip coffee maker (Mr Coffee) because the inside of the water reservoir was nasty, it was extremely dirty. Also, the toaster needs to be replaced. Very old and doesn't work well.

We're a tough group to please. This is the rare time we booked the same property as last year and requested it for next year. The front porch, closed to street access, is our favorite feature. We spend a LOT of time there: very kid friendly. Love 2 spots of off-street parking and storage room for beach stuff and bikes! Great out door shower. Everything else fine.
