It was very good for our family. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Only issues are rugs are old especially hallway. Downstairs enclosed shower smells musty. Would be better with it outside of building. Hard to walk up stairs to second floor. Prefer a first floor rental.

I have mentioned to John the one issue we have with the house. Black mold on the overhead AC vents. Hoping it is resolved sinec we rented again next year!

Great location and very nice property. Appliances (especially refrigerator) was not sufficient for an accommodation of 10 people. Beds were also very soft (especially. master king) and not that comfortable. We would consider renting this property again if the refrigerator and mattresses were replaced.

We have been going to the same rental for quite a few years. The owners did add some outdoor furniture which was a very nice addition, but the condition of the pots and pans are terrible and really should be replaced.

Overall our experience with cyndi was great! She is responsive and pleasant to work with. The property was in a great location with nice views and a great living space for a reasonable price. However, all of our indoor allergies flared up. It was very dusty and there was obvious mold in the garage and downstairs bathroom. I would consider renting this property again in hopes they change their air filters, get rid of the mold and clean the dust.

This is our second year in this property - some wear and tear observed - dishes chipped and cracked, some electrical outlets not working, beds are squeakier and the 2 queen mattresses have a “valley†in the center; rust stains on outside of building, pulls in the carpet. Also, big ant problem, which was addressed by a Berger agent with temporary solution of spray and traps - controlled but did not eliminate problem but we did not want an exterminator to come in while we were there with young children, so this was an acceptable solution and delivered promptly.
Otherwise, great location, and layout of house is great for our family’s needs.

We had a problem with the dishwasher and Lori contacted a repairman and the situation was resolved even though she was out of the office for a few days.
We love the location of the rental and find it convenient to the beach and boardwalk but residential and quiet.
My only complaint is that there were many stains on the carpet and is really in need of cleaning.
If I were the owner I would make sure the apartment was thoroughly cleaned!
