Our custom built single family home is located only eight houses and one street from the beach. Put your feet in the sand or enjoy a Brown's famous donuts just steps from the front door. 

Enter the home through a two-car garage, or the 10'x22' front porch. A large living area flows into the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with beverage refrigerator to keep all your drink cold. The back deck off the kitchen provides outdoor eating space in addition to the kitchen island or full dining area.

The second floor has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has a full bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The full bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms share a private deck off the front of the house. One of the full bathrooms on the floor is designed with the flexibility to be used by everyone or locked from the hallway to be used only by the junior master bedroom. 

The third floor master suite has a king bed, a private front deck and full tiled bathroom. There is also an additional sun deck accessible off the master hallway.

When you return from the beach, there is an outdoor cabana to shower and change, before you fire up the grill for dinner.If you prefer not to cook, dine-in or take-out is available from the Island Grill at the end of the block or Express Pizza and TJ's Ice Cream just around the corner. Cousin's Restaurant is also within walking distance . Bernadato's Deli is at the end of the block. There are many other options for dining in Ocean City, or make a quick trip to Somers Point for an even wider selection of restaurants. We are close to the Longport Bridge should you choose to make a night of it in Atlantic City. 

The Ocean City boardwalk is a great place for a morning bike ride. Breakfast is available at several restaurants along the ride. Tennis courts are located at 5th St and surfing is permitted after the lifeguards go off duty each evening, or at a designated surfing beach. Fishing excursions, parasailing and jet ski rentals can all be arranged on island. Two amusement piers are open with rides to suit all ages. 

Lots of boutique shops for browsing are on the boardwalk and line the downtown area on Asbury Avenue from 6th to 14th streets. A weekly farmer's market takes place from 8-1 at the Tabernacle grounds. There are musical events on the boardwalk at the Music Pier, celebrations, parades, festivals for almost every interest.

Welcome to our beach house! Were located a very short walk from the St James beach and the start of the boardwalk in Ocean City, NJ. Be one of the first to rent our new construction which offers the latest in luxury shore living with 5 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. We are currently in the process of furnishing our home and it will comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The private elevator provides ease of access for luggage and groceries upon arrival, as well as extra assistance for those needing help. Situated on the beach block at the edge of the Gardens, the interior of our home was designed with brand new furnishings and quality finishes to create a comfortable environment for your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware, pots, pans, knives, serving utensils, Keurig coffee dispenser, toaster, blender, and all essentials the family will need to create 5-star meals! Open area living in the gourmet kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy the gas fireplace for chillier nights and the widescreen TV with plenty of comfortable seating for a movie or Phillies game. There is access to spacious decks on every level spanning the entire front of the property as well as the back. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one queen with en suite bathroom, 1 queen room, 1 full size bunk room with trundle, 1 twin room, a pullout couch with double bed, and an additional convertible twin in the master. Flat screen televisions are available in the living room and each bedroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The 2nd floor laundry is perfect for keeping up with beach towels and bathing suits during your stay. There is an enclosed outdoor shower, great for rinsing off the sand after fun on the beach. With parking at a premium in the North End, the property includes off-street parking for 2 cars, additional space on the street in front of the house, as well as a garage. To ease your vacation packing, we offer a wagon for the kids, a beach umbrella, and additional beach toys along with 10 beach tags. Grill masters can take a turn at the grill for the perfect steak dinner. Our property offers the ultimate in true beach living and comfort. Once you arrive, just park the cars and enjoy all that Ocean City has to offer. Located within close walking distance to all the best attractions in Ocean City, you can easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusements, entertainment, arcade, water slide, music pier, downtown, miniature golf, restaurants, playgrounds, basketball, and tennis courts. With a main house AND separate studio cottage, this property has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The beautifully restored main house includes 3 bedrooms and two full baths with sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people. The house also has a spacious and relaxing outdoor area with a pergola and dining table for outdoor meals. A few steps from the main house is a bright studio cottage with pullout sofa, kitchenette, dining area and full bathroom. This is perfect spot for the grandparents or grown kids who want a place for themselves. Behind the cottage is a small storage area and outdoor shower. 

The home is beach block and only a short walk down a quiet street to the beach, boardwalk, and OCBP Lifeguard Station.
