After all these years, Dawn continues to exceed our expectations as a rental agent! She is thorough, attentive to detail, and super friendly. We are lucky to have her working with us in Ocean City!

Once again, Dawn brokered a fantastic deal for us on the same property we rented over the summer. We were scheduled to run the OC Half Marathon and were hoping to rent this wonderful home. We didn't need it for a week, but just a long weekend. Dawn went above and beyond to arrange a broken week for us, and it could not have been smoother. It was a hot day for a run, but that didn't stop Brenda, my mother, from placing first in her age group! How nice it was to be able to spend a few late summer days in our favorite spot - OCNJ! Thank you Dawn and Berger Realty!

Dawn is a tremendous asset to Berger Realty! We thoroughly enjoyed working with her. She was extremely patient, responsive, knowledgeable, and super friendly! We'll be back, and we're telling everyone to ask for Dawn at Berger Realty!
