The house I rented had a few things that could have been fixed. ex; very wrapped bathroom door that if you closed completely you might wake up children sleeping- just very annoying. You really did not want to shut the door completely.

Only concern was the Norfolk island pine tree in the living room. Some allergic reactions to that. Loved the house, but wouldn't rent again unless the tree was removed.
