Can’t really rave about this years experience. The home was surface clean but there were things found behind furniture, etc. No iron or ironing board. It had a pet odor. And, once again, the front door key didn’t work. Same problem last year. Had to go back to your office (in pouring rain) to retrieve 4 more keys. 1 out of 3 worked.

Overall experience was great. Check in and check out were easy. The house was perfect. I ended up leaving something at the house. Michael was super helpful at contacting the owner and figuring things out for me! Super thankful!!

The property needs some upkeep. The lock on the rear sliding glass door is missing & the vertical blinds has missing slats. There was no welcome information from the owners with info about trash pickup, etc. thanks to Berger for providing the WiFi info!
