Carol Lee is always prompt with responses and helpful. We love the location of our rental and the rent. Minor annoyances but overall very pleased. Hopefully be back again my year.

I wish there was furniture on the roof, that the kitchen was better stocked, instructions for the TV & other appliances, and that it was cleaner. That's the problem with most houses. I think every few weeks the house needs a good cleaning – it is very dependent on how clean the prior renters are. I bring my own coffee maker as last year it was disgusting and it was again this year.

Overall, the place was nice. This house could use some decluttering—less fake plants. The cabinets in the kitchen were also very filled and disorganized. This did not leave a lot of space for the items we brought down. The house was not as clean as I anticipated — especially with Covid happening; the shower curtain in the master had mold on it and a lot of dust on the top of the shower. Some of the wooden planks on the steps were broken or damaged and needed repair. When we arrived, the dishwasher had dishes in it from the previous renter which was concerning because I would think that the owners would have cleaned and checked everything before allowing another renter to come for the week. I would have put below expectation, but I understand that we are in a different world now, but I will not be renting this property or recommending it to anyone!

5707 Asbury 2nd floor is located in a great location. We were happy to rent this home in September, and had a great time. Suggest that the carpets be deep cleaned/updated as they were visibly stained. The roof top deck was one of the reasons we rented this property - there was no furniture on the deck! The towel bar in bathroom two was broken with a note not to use it. Trash cans and recycle cans need to be added to the outside area - there were none available, so we used what we could. The home was clean and nicely equipped for its renters. We would rent this home again and hopefully it will be updated during the off season. The house has three deck options which were nice for us to hang out on. Thanks, Susan G. for working with us this season.

This is our 2nd year in this property and I have noticed a problem from last year that has not been taken care of since last season, the master bath sink drain is missing the stopper, it is under the sink but has not been repaired. The knives and some of the pots really are in need of replacing, I’m sure it is just from renters’ use. Otherwise, we love the place and realize these complaints as trivial.

This was our first time renting anywhere at a shore point and we were so impressed on how easy it was to choose a location through the Berger Website and how organized the check in /check out was.

5707 Asbury . . . place is getting a little "tired". Could use some sprucing up . . . paint, carpet, exterior steps, etc. But great location.
