Property needs some updating.
I realize that the property was a good deal for the price, however, not sure if I would consider renting in the future.

The location and views were absolutely fabulous. A+++. However the interior was in need of upgrading. There was some damage on a bookcase and bureau - which I reported immediately. The one toilet had flushing problems. You needed to hunt for hot and cold on the kitchen faucet. Kitchen cookware was grade C. The toaster was old and touchy. The vacuum cleaner was very poor - filter would fall out, cleaning ability was grade C. Cleanliness on arrival was a B or B-. But again, the location and views were spectacular. The home was livable but grade C. All in all, even with the faults, we had a good week.
