We liked the location and set up of the house, it was able to accommodate our family very well. We liked the distance from the beach.
However, the hot water did not last after 1-2 showers, the towel bar was off the master bathroom wall upon arrival and required a contractor to come fix it and the house was dirty. There was dirt and food all over the floors and in the cabinets. We bought cleaning materials in order to clean the house before we unpacked.

We had some minor repairs that needed attending to. Jeff on his day off made sure all our needs were met so we could continue to enjoy our vacation. He checked in after all the repairs were made to make sure everything was alright and if there was anything else we needed. Also the owner of the property was excellent, he took care of the repairs as soon as possible to make sure we enjoyed our stay. My family had wonderful vacation!
