We are returning guests and love our rental. The owners are great and ensure that we have a great time at their property. We close to the boardwalk, beach and several food options at 21st Street. We will be back!

We have used Berger for many years. Trish is always very helpful. Our owner, whom we have never met, always has apt ready and up to date.. Whenever we had a minor problem in the past, Trish took care of it quickly with owner. Perfect place to rent and deal with Trish.

There were a few issues about the condo. The new
door leading to the porch (no blnds) doesn't allow
any privacy. The blankets & pillows in the queen
bedroom were very dirty. One set of keys did not work.

We have rented through Berger Realty for many many years. My parents rented from Colin's dad, Kevin (Keith & Evelyn Freeman). We have always been very satisfied. Our place was perfect until we spotted two mice our last evening there. This was reported when we checked out. Otherwise, location was great and property was very nice and very clean. Only other small issue was the number of steps involved for my mom to handle, but we succeeded in having a wonderful time. Introduced my nephew's girl friend on how nice the Jersey shore experience can be. She loved it.
