These products can be provided upon request.  Any other specialized equipment can be rented through a Medical Equipment Provider of your choice.  The Murphy bed can be placed in up cabinet position to allow more room or left down as a bed, depending on your needs.  Hallway accommodates a 32 inch wheelchair which is quite wide.  Front Porch access from house needs a small portable ramp with ample room for relaxing.  The Condo is 1/2 block from the beautiful large 39th St  beach with life guard.  Ocean city does provide specialized beach chairs for the handicap to roll onto the beach.  Reserve your days or week previously coming to get your chair.
