The apartment was clean and in good order. Recent upgrades and improvements were noticed and appreciated. If the owners keep updating and fixing problems, I will gladly return.

Carpet in main room needs attention and probably should be replaced. (My quess is that all the carpeting is getting old.) Small throw rugs all over the place are dangerous. Beds in master are uncomfortable and it might be because of the boxsprings. Vaccuum bag not properly installed so machine was not working (for how long???) until I cleaned and fixed it.
