Property was great. It was well maintained and everything we needed was there. The only complaint is the wifi signal was terrible. It was so slow nothing would load. Needed to use an xfinity hotspot login to use devices.

I texted soon after we checked out that we were extremely pleased with our rental at 3851 Asbury. It was a great choice. Everything was in excellent condition - clean and well maintained.

The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The motor groans and is disturbing while sleeping.
